Chris has been maintaining our computers for about 7-8 years now.   If we have a problem, he is available to fix it by coming to the office promptly or in my case, remotely as I live 30 miles from my office.  He is professional, very knowledgeable and reliable.  He is the best computer guy I have ever had.
